At Haworth Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most items in original condition. Please note that custom-made pieces and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
